Warranty Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026. This policy applies to purchases placed through the AURELIA United States storefront. Product-specific terms and any charges clearly shown at checkout or in the order confirmation form part of the applicable order terms.
AURELIA warranty scope
AURELIA warrants that an item delivered through this storefront should match the ordered model and arrive without material defects attributable to the supplied product or fulfillment process, subject to the exclusions below.
Warranty period
The applicable AURELIA warranty period for a product will be stated on its final product page or order confirmation before an order is placed. The store will not silently rely on a manufacturer warranty that may not apply to the sale channel.
Manufacturer warranties
Brand product pages may advertise manufacturer warranties. Eligibility can depend on geography, serial number, proof of purchase and authorized-retailer status. Manufacturer warranty references are informational unless AURELIA confirms eligibility in writing.
What may be covered
A valid warranty claim can include a verified manufacturing defect, material component failure under normal intended use, or a product that materially fails to match its confirmed specifications.
What is not covered
Normal wear, cosmetic changes, consumables, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper installation, failure to follow maintenance instructions, commercial use when a product is intended for household use, and damage caused by incompatible accessories are generally excluded.
Claim requirements
A warranty request should include the order number, product identification, description of the issue and reasonable photos or video. Additional troubleshooting may be requested when necessary to distinguish a defect from setup or maintenance issues.
Remedies
Depending on the verified issue, available inventory, safety considerations and applicable law, AURELIA may repair, replace, provide a replacement component, issue store credit with consent, or refund the affected item.
Shipping for warranty service
If AURELIA requires a return for a verified covered defect, return instructions will identify who pays shipping. Customers should not ship a potentially hazardous battery product without specific carrier-compliant instructions.
Safety-related issues
Stop using a product immediately if it shows overheating, smoke, damaged power components, abnormal movement, exposed wiring or another condition that could create a safety risk. Contact Customer Care before attempting repair.
Legal rights
This policy provides contractual store remedies and does not replace rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Warranty limitations are applied only to the extent legally permitted.
